Amazingly affordable luxury home. This Chris Beckingham design home is situated in a secluded quiet Cul-de-sac overlooking the Hamilton Island marina. Large accommodation open plan is designed for entertaining large families and groups. It has a large 12 seater dining table indoors and 10 seater dining table outdoors on the balcony overlooking the private pool and spa and stunning views.
This large modern property can accommodate up to 14 guests plus 2 infants. The downstairs is a self-contained apartment with kitchen and laundry. The Large accommodation has 2 full-length balconies, BBQ, large kitchen with modern appliances including Caffitaly Coffee Pod Machine and a large fridge.
The huge living area is great for family and functions with multi-media TV and Austar. Large accommodation is a great please for any group on any occasion, with room for everyone. It also has 2 buggies to make getting around the island fun and convenient.
